Personal Statement

Elizabeth De Jesus is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in nursing from Pace University in New York City. She also received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Fordham University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Elizabeth worked as a registered nurse on a vascular and thoracic surgery unit at Mount Sinai Medical Center for four years. In her role as nurse practitioner at ID Associates & Travel Medicine, she sees patients for travel medicine consultation and OPAT (outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy) follow up.

Elizabeth enjoys meeting and getting to know about the exciting trips her patients are about to take and is dedicated to provide travel health advice and travel vaccine recommendations. She sees adults and children 6 years and older for travel medicine consultation.
